Shipment within 24h:

For all orders placed Monday through Friday before 02:00 pm (GMT), Option Export agrees to deliver all the items ordered by the customer to its carrier within a maximum time of 24 hours worked. A further period of 24h is expected for orders placed after 02:00 pm.

For orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday, orders will be shipped on Monday.

In case of an incorrect entry, in particular of the shipping address causing a delay or failure of delivery, the seller cannot be held responsible. All costs associated with returning the product due to a mistake of the customer, shall be borne by the latter.

The possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
War, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied are considered as force majeure and release the seller from its obligation to deliver.

The above listed carrier delays are taken into account from the departure of the parcel from our facilities. We decline all responsibility for longer delivery times due to the carrier, especially in case of loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.

Shipping internationally:

For deliveries outside of mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on importation of products, customs duties, value added tax and other taxes due, under the laws of the country receiving the order.

The price of delivery varies depending on the destination. Rates are indicated before validation of your order. Average time of delivery: 3-5 business days

If you are a customer outside the European Union, the DOM-TOM or Belgium, invoices will be charged without VAT.

You can choose between La Poste International and IMX, delivering worldwide (expect 3-5 days for delivery within the European Union) or Fedex which delivers worldwide within 48 to 72 hours! This is the fastest carrier for international shipments. Rates vary depending on the distance to the destination.
