Collecting information for the purpose of distance selling is required. This is essential for the processing and delivery of orders, preparing invoices and warranty contracts. A lack of or incorrect information leads to an invalid order. In accordance with the French law "Information and Freedom", the processing of personal information about customers has been declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL). The customer has the right (Article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him and he may request Option Export to respect this right by taking action. In addition, Option Export will not provide customer information, neither paid nor for free, to third parties.
