Do not hesitate! All items purchased on the site of Carla-Bikini.com can be returned under the conditions defined below.

Return Policy:

Returned products must be complete (along with all accessories) intact with clearly identifiable bar code labels, packaged in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. Products are returned at Customer's charges and risk

Any product not meeting the requirements listed above cannot not be returned or refunded. In this case, no refund will be paid, the customer will keep ownership of the product, which can be reshipped to his address at buyer’s costs within a month.

CREDIT NOTE:

You have 30 days (from the date of delivery) to come to your opinion and request a credit note.

The conditions and procedure are the same as for refunds. Credit notes are valid throughout the Carla-Bikini.com site for one year.

FOR A REFUND:

You have 14 days (from the date of delivery, see 2014-344 Act of the French Consumer Code) to make up your mind and to request a refund.

Refund Policy:

Carla-bikini.com will refund the customer within 72 hours after receipt of returned items. Reimbursement will be made via the payment method used for the order. The customer will be reimbursed for returned items according to the conditions of return below.

 Before returning the items to us in return, the client must: 

1. Make a request to return on Carla-Bikini.com, in My account

2. Wait for the email confirmation sent back by Carla-Bikini.com.

3. Go to a post office to drop off the package.

After validation by us, the return is to be sent to the following address:

We cannot refund customers abroad (outside mainland France and overseas territories) who paid via transfer. A credit note will be issued for these returns.
